Important Payment Information

  1. Payment Authorization & Charging: For both in-stock and pre-order items, a payment authorization is placed on your chosen payment method at the time of purchase. The timing for when the funds are formally captured (charged) by your bank may vary. Please contact your card issuer or payment provider for specific details on their processing timeline.
  2. Changing Payment Method: Once an order is submitted and payment is authorized, the payment method cannot be changed. Please double-check your selected payment method before finalizing your order.
  3. Managing Payment Information: Our store does not store your full payment details. To update or delete your payment information (e.g., saved card), you must manage it directly within your payment service provider's platform (e.g., your bank portal, Apple Wallet, or Google Wallet).
  4. Receipts/Invoices: We do not provide personalized itemized receipts. Your order confirmation email serves as your proof of purchase. The charge on your statement will appear under our store name, " Phantom Parade Omniverse."
