► Shipping Costs

  • A standard shipping fee of $8.99 USD applies to all orders shipped within the contiguous United States (non-remote areas).Orders shipped to the following remote areas will be subject to a shipping fee of $17.99 USD.

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped via our designated logistics partners.
  • Please Note: The specific shipping carrier is determined by the store based on the order and cannot be specified by the customer.
  • For in-stock items,  
  • Non-remote areas (contiguous United States): We aim to ship within 8-12 business days of order placement (excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays).
  • Remote areas: We aim to ship within 10-14 business days of order placement (excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays).
  • If you purchase pre-order and in-stock items together, the entire order will be held and shipped complete when the pre-order item becomes available.

  • Please Note: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO (Military) addresses or international destinations.

Return & Exchange Policy

► Timeframe & Conditions

  • Unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.If you have received a product that was damaged during shipping or appears to be defective, you must notify us within three(3) days of delivery   .To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact us by customer service email at JJKPPstore@biligames.com with your name, email address, order number ,product name, purchase date.
  • Please Note: Returns shipped to us without prior notification and authorization cannot be accepted, and we are not responsible for storing or returning such items.

► Return Rules

  • If the shipping box arrives significantly damaged, crushed, or shows signs of a shipping incident, please refuse delivery of the unopened package. If you open and accept the package, we cannot investigate damages with the carrier.
  • Please Note: If a return or exchange is processed due to shipping issues or other reasons, may not be able to offer a specific version or style. We will provide a replacement of the same model based on available inventory.
  • For damages discovered after receipt that you believe are due to a shipping incident, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Non-returnable items sent to us will not be refunded and may be discarded. We reserve the right to refuse future return requests from customers who have previously refused delivery of non-defective orders.
