Shipping Costs
· Non-remote Area Shipping: A standard shipping fee of $8.99 USD applies to all orders shipped within the contiguous United States (non-remote areas) .
· Remote Area Shipping: Orders shipped to the following remote areas will be subject to a shipping fee of $17.99 USD.
o Alaska
o Hawaii
o Puerto Rico
o U.S. Virgin Islands
Shipping Responsibility
1. Standard Orders: Cutomers are responsible for all shipping costs. The shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
2. Returns & Exchanges: Unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will cover the item price only; original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Additional Information
1. Delivery Areas: We currently ship within the contiguous United States and to the remote areas listed above. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO (Military) addresses.
2. Carrier Selection: All orders are shipped via our designated logistics partners. The specific carrier and service level are determined by the store based on the order and cannot be specified by the customer.
3. Combined Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are available. You will be charged a single shipping fee at checkout.
